JAMIE M. SMITH
Jamie M. Smith concentrates her practice in the areas of trust and estate planning, elder law, long-term care planning and estate administration.
Jamie received her Juris Doctor degree in 2003 from the University of Buffalo Law School and her Bachelor of Arts degree Magna Cum Laude from the State University of New York at Brockport in 2000. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Center for Elder Law & Justice and is a member of the Estate Analysts of Western New York. Jamie is also a member of the Elder Law and Practice and Procedures in Surrogate's Court Committees of the Erie County Bar Association.
FRANK VAVONESE
Frank Vavonese concentrates his practice in all areas of estate and long-term care planning, including asset preservation measures for clients having an immediate long-term care need in a skilled nursing home setting.
Frank graduated from Canisius College, cum laude in 2002 and received his Juris Doctor degree in 2005 from the State University at Buffalo Law School. The first year of his legal career consisted of handling Medicare Part D and related prescription drug coverage cases at Legal Services for the Elderly, Disabled and Disadvantaged of Western New York, Inc., now the Center for Elder Law & Justice. He is a member of the Erie County Bar Association and New York State Bar Association’s Elder Law Sections.
